Automatic Screwdrivers for Automation
Weber manufactures automatic screwdriving systems that blow feed screws from a remote location to your workpiece. Screws can be driven to a torque, angle or depth. Weber's analog depth sensor allows you to error-proof your process by using two parameters to verify that your fastener achieved torque AND depth, so you know you are making good parts. Weber also offers a torque transducer for processes with tight torque tolerances. Weber's swivel arm is a secondary escapement that stores a screw in the nosepiece so there is always a screw "on-deck" for the fastest processing time in the industry. Our spindles can be mounted in any orientation.
Fixed Mounted
Robot Mounted
Fixed mounted systems are stationary or mounted to cartesian gantries. They feature a pneumatic head stroke that allows the spindle to retract out of the way of tooling or fixtures.

Robot mounted screwdrivers do not have a head stroke. The spindle can be articulated in any direction by the robot.
Collaborative
Weber has the only truly collaborative screwdriver on the market

Hand Held

Weber's pneumatic screwdrivers are designed to be disassembled by hand. There are no electrical lines going to the spindle to work-harden and fail.

Weber also offers electric hand-held screwdrivers for tighter control over your assembly process
Screw Feeding Systems

Our step feeders are gentle on fasteners. These are great for painted screws, fasteners with Loctite and delicate parts. They are also very quiet.

For aggressive fasteners like drywall screws we use polycast feeders.
